Guro Røberg is an economist from Copenhagen Business School and currently works as Strategic Design Lead at Designit in their Oslo office. She pays particular attention to the organisational aspects of all design projects, making sure that the receiving environment is capable of welcoming the change that any design project is.

After almost a decade in Copenhagen, New York and Singapore her mindset, network and approach to design is truly global. She returned to Norway to work as Head of Strategy at Netlife, where she focused on UX, technology and business strategy. She is an active communicator of design and frequently holds lectures, workshops and courses on the impact of design.
