Ana Pité is head of Innovation Design in Axians Portugal and has more than 10 years of professional career dedicated to strategic design and innovation having supported the development of new businesses in several industries.

Intrapreneur with a strong business acumen, she leads various multidisciplinary teams focused on transforming the company’s customer experience and creating new business for the digital word.

Previously at Novabase she held a position in the strategic business design team responsible for the introduction of Design Thinking in the Portuguese corporate world that redesigned the corporate offer and delivery customer experience that translated in more international business growth.

She sees herself as a change agent constantly looking for ways to make the impossible, possible. She acts in the sweet spot of intersection of technology, business and people. Graduated in Industrial Management and Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico with a post-graduate degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from Catholica Lisbon Business and Economics and certification in Design Thinking from Design Thinkers Academy in London.
