Tomomi is a designer and partner at the design studio AQ, leading projects that deliver useful digital products and services for clients around the world. She takes a collaborative and explorative approach to work, and enjoys going between high level strategy and the details of execution.

Tomomi is a frequent collaborator of Enterprise Design Associates, bringing design research and facilitation expertise to challenges like organizational culture change (Toyota Motor Europe), capability development for digital transformation (AccorHotels) and innovation portfolio management in the public sector (OECD).

She believes the professional field needs more intentional spaces for slower thinking and connecting as individuals across industries and cultures. As such, Tomomi is committed to building communities of practice to grow together.
